		<description>OMG, I had the most wonderful caponata in Catania last year. 

I understand that the original recipe for it included the so-called "pesce capone" (some kind of fish -- hence the name), and that is the version we had, rather than the more usual veggie one, with peppers. It was soooo good.</description>
